OK Go on Skates
I have probably seen as many OK Go videos as anyone outside of, well, OK Go. Earlier this year (or late last), they had a contest to see who could do the best rendition of their dance/song.
Since I was a figure skating weenie, having watched figure skating since the mid 80s or so, I was mightily impressed with the choreography. Consider the following. The original dance had four members. There's only two here. The original members had their feet mostly on the ground. Here, they skate.
Already the degree of difficulty is impossibly high, and they still manage to borrow enough of the original moves to show they paid attention to the video.
